Credit Card Orders
All credit card orders are processed through a National address verification system (AVS) through Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Orders will only be shipped to verified billing address of the credit card used. The numeric portion of the address (street number and zip code) must match or order cannot be processed.

Do not provide an alternate address for shipping other than the billing address of the credit card. A problem occurs within the banking system where once your card has been charged and immediately credited back, the bank still holds an authorization (not a charge) on that amount for 3 days. The authorization will automatically drop off after 3 days by the bank. You must call your bank to have the authorization dropped off any sooner when address doesn't match.

As a suggestion: an alternate address can be added to most credit cards in addition to the original billing address

Ordering Process

There are 4 emails that you should receive throughout the process of ordering: (1) Order Confirmation - Which contains Bill/Ship Information and items that you ordered. (2) Credit Card Receipt (3) Order Process - States that your order is being process. As soon as it leaves that warehouse you'll receive another email containing tracking information. Also states how your items are being shipped. (4) Tracking Number - You can track your order with the tracking number given to you

Return / Refund Policy
Inspect and check your items carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged merchandise. No returns or exchanges after 30 days from delivery date.Item must be returned with 15 days from the date that you received the product or the item will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Email sales@rmagifts.com. NO EXCEPTIONS! Items return without an RMA Number will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All returns must be in its original packaging (in new and unused condition).

No refund will be authorized in the event damage occurs to products resulting from a customer return. All refunds are processed upon inspection of items. Refund amount will be for subtotal amount, S&H will not be refunded. PERSONALIZED items are NOT returnable.

Cancellation Policy
If your ordered has not been process you can cancel it. Once it has been shipped it will be treated as a return. Under any circumstances orders that are being personalized can not be canceled. Canceling an invitation or birth announcement order once a proof is produced, but prior to approval, will result in a $40 processing fee per item. Canceling an order after the proof is approved will result in a charge of 100% of the order.

Shipping Policy
We currently offer three shipping options within the United States Ground, 2-Day and Next Day. The cost for shipping is based upon total order amount. An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. The surcharge will be noted on the product description page. Please note that we do not ship internationally.
