Ordering Process
There are 3 emails that you should receive throughout the process of ordering: (1) Order Confirmation - Which contains Bill/Ship Informations and items that you ordered. (2) Order Process - States that your order is being process. As soon as it leaves that warehouse you'll receive another email containing tracking information. Also states how your items are being shipped. (3) Tracking Number - You can track your order with the tracking number given to you

Return Policy
We do not allow returns or exchanges on any merchandise especially "PERSONALIZED" items. All sales are final. There are some exceptions for certain items (except personalized items, no returns period). Refund amount will be for subtotal amount and S&H will not be refunded. There will be a 10 - 20% restocking fee.

Communication
Email is our only source in communicating with customers at the moment. We get tons of calls each and everyday and it's hard to keep up with everyone. Customers ordering, asking questions, etc.
